In addition to the drop-off fee, regular rental charges will also apply.
A one-way rental car service allows you to return the car at a different location from where you picked it up.
Our service lets you start your rental in Kyoto and return the car in Osaka (Kansai or Itami Airport), Hiroshima, Kanazawa, or Tokyo.
Please note that rentals for locations other than Osaka require a minimum rental period of 2 days.
☆ Early Morning Kyoto Station Drop-off Service Now Available! ☆
Good news for customers who wish to drop off their car early in the morning at Kyoto Station.
The drop-off location is conveniently located at the underground parking lot of Avanti, just a short walk from the Hachijo Exit Bus Terminal.
The drop-off fee is ￥5,000.
To accommodate your travel, moving, homecoming, or work plans, you can choose the return locations. The cost will include the regular rental fee plus a one-way fee plus option fee if you choose.

※If you wish to rent an ETC card, in addition to the card rental fee, we kindly request a deposit of 50,000 yen for toll road usage. Please make this payment in advance via credit card or in cash. We will settle the payment after the rental period concludes.

Example 1: Renting a Kai car for 2 days and dropping it off in TOKYO incurs the following costs:
Rental fee \3000 × 2 days = ￥6000 + Excess and NOC coverage fee ￥1000 + One-way drop-off fee ￥29800 = ￥36800
Example 2: Renting a midsize car (5-seater) for 1 week, adding optional navigation and ETC card, and dropping it off at Kansai Airport incurs the following costs:
Rental fee ￥27000 (1 week) + Excess and NOC coverage fee ￥3000 + Navigation ￥2000 + ETC card ￥1500 + Kansai Airport fee￥15000 =￥48500 + (a deposit of 50,000 yen for toll road usage)
Example 3: Renting a 2-ton truck for 3 days, adding optional navigation and ETC card, and dropping it off incurs the following costs:
Rental fee ￥9500 × 3 days =￥28500 + Navigation￥2000 + ETC card￥1500 + One-way drop-off fee￥39800 =￥71800 +(a deposit of 50,000 yen for toll road usage)

We offer a set of moving supplies for customers renting a 2-ton truck:

★ Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel between 48 hours and 24 hours before pick-up, a 50% rental fee will be charged.
If you cancel within 24 hours before pick-up, the full rental fee (100%) will be charged.
★ The rental age eligibility is 21 years old and above, so please be aware of this requirement.
★ Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week. However, please note that there may not be staff available if you arrive at our office earlier than your scheduled booking time. We appreciate your punctuality. Early check-in (8:00 AM and later) incurs an additional charge of ¥1,000.
★We ask that all customers pay in advance. (Credit card :VISA,MASTER,AMEX, PayPay, Bank transfer.）
★ Our office is 15 minutes’ walk from KATSURAGAWA Station (East exit) on the JR Kyoto line.
JR KATSURAGAWA Station is 2 stops away from JR Kyoto Station.
★ For those planning to come directly to our office, we offer a complimentary pick-up service from JR Katsuragawa, Hankyu Katsura or Hankyu Rakusaiguchi. please click here for more details.
