If you actually own a car yourself, the following maintenance costs will apply.

The estimate of the vehicle maintenance costs.

Taxes: ¥10,000–¥50,000 (annually)
Insurance: ¥100,000–¥200,000 (annually)
Parking fees: ¥10,000–¥30,000 (monthly)
Maintenance costs: ¥50,000–¥80,000 (annually)
Vehicle inspection(syaken): ¥50,000–¥100,000 (annually)

※Fees depend on the type and size of the vehicle.

The maintenance costs and expenses for the car are covered by the rental income.

We offer two types of ownership opportunities.

Plan A: Use your own vehicle as a rental car.

Plan B: Our company acquires a rental vehicle for you, which will be used in our rental service.

Plan A　

"This option allows owners to use their current vehicle as a rental car."

For those who "own a car but hardly use it" or "don’t drive much but don’t want to give up their car," this is an ideal way to make use of a vehicle that sits idle.

By renting out your car, you can cover maintenance costs, earn extra income, and turn your vehicle into a source of profit.

Before we proceed, we’ll conduct a free inspection and assessment to determine if your vehicle is suitable for rental purposes.

If your vehicle doesn’t meet our rental standards, we may have to decline. Additionally, if any repairs or maintenance are required before the car can be rented out, we’ll provide an estimate. At that point, you can decide whether to proceed.

Rest assured, if you choose not to move forward after reviewing the estimate, no costs will be incurred.

Plan B　

Owners can become rental car operators with an investment of 300,000 yen for a compact car or 500,000 yen for a family car.

We will use the funds entrusted to us by our customers to purchase suitable vehicles for rental, utilizing our extensive experience in sourcing used cars.

We will then operate these vehicles as part of our rental service.

Car easy Buy & Rental handles everything from purchasing vehicles to renting them out, maintenance, and final sales.

Owners can view their vehicles anytime on our website.

At the end of each month, we will close the sales for that month and provide you with the details.

Then, at the end of the following month, we will pay you 20% or 10%

of the rental income as the vehicle usage fee.

There are no costs for insurance premiums, parking fees, or repairs and inspections that may occur in the event of an accident. All expenses related to vehicle maintenance will be covered by our service fees. However, in the case of repairs not covered by insurance, we will split the cost with the owner, with a maximum limit of 30,000 yen.

Revenue Simulation Example

Example 1) In the case of a compact car

For 30 days of operation with a utilization rate of 30% (9 days):

With a daily rental fee of ￥4,500, the calculation is as follows:

4,500 yen × 9 days = ￥40,500

The payment amount will be ￥40,500 × 20% = ￥9,000.

This amounts to ￥108,000 annually.

Example 2) In the case of a family car

For 30 days of operation with a utilization rate of 30% (9 days):

With a daily rental fee of ￥7,000, the calculation is as follows:

7,000 yen × 9 days = ￥63,000

The payment amount will be￥63,000 × 20% = ￥12,600.

This amounts to ￥151,200 annually

Owner Benefits

As an owner, you can use your rental car free of charge for up to 21 days per year (reservation required).

You’re also welcome to let friends or family members use it. (Unused days cannot be carried over to the following year.)

For those who wish to use their car for a longer period, we offer an extended option of up to 3 months. In this case, the profit return will be adjusted from 20% to 10%.

If you’d like to rent a vehicle other than your own, you’ll receive a 10% discount.

The contract is for one year, with an option to renew. If you wish to cancel, please give us 60 days’ notice.

Cancellation and Termination of Contract

If either our company or the customer wishes to terminate the contract before the end of the contract period, we request that notice be given in writing (via email or messaging apps is acceptable) at least two months in advance to avoid any misunderstandings.

The two-month notice period allows us to arrange alternative vehicles, as there may already be reservations made in advance.

Upon cancellation, the vehicle's user will be changed back to the customer. If you are considering selling the vehicle, we will assist you with the process.

The sales fees are as follows:

If you sell a vehicle through us that was originally owned by you: 10% of the sale price.
If you sell a vehicle that we purchased on your behalf: we will take 10% of the profit as a sales fee and return the remaining 90% along with the original capital.

Please note that depending on market conditions and timing, the sale may be below the original capital, and In such cases, we can discuss postponing the sale temporarily.

★ Even during the contract period, if a qualified buyer for the vehicle appears (indicating a potential profit from the sale), we will consult with you regarding the sale.

If the contract ends as planned and you wish to cancel, the vehicle will be returned under the same conditions as mentioned above.
