Our office is a 15-minute walk from KATSURAGAWA Station on the JR Kyoto line. KATSURAGAWA is 2 stations away from JR Kyoto Station.

※ Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week. However, please note that there may not be staff available if you arrive at our office earlier than your scheduled booking time. We appreciate your punctuality.
Early check-in (8:00 AM and later) incurs an additional charge of ¥1,000.
NOC" is an abbreviation for "Non-Operation Charge." It is an operational compensation fee incurred when a vehicle becomes unusable due to the user's negligence, such as accidents, breakdowns, or if the vehicle becomes dirty. It differs from liability coverage and deductible protection.
Other Notes
Rental Eligibility: Renters must be 21 years of age or older. Please ensure you meet this requirement.
Fuel Policy: Please return your rental car with a full tank of gas. If not, a fee of ¥200 per liter will be charged. Click here for a map of Gas station（petrol station）around our office.
Monthly Rentals: The rental period for monthly rentals is based on a 30-day month.
Maintenance Service: Long-term rental customers receive monthly maintenance services.
Mileage Restrictions: If you exceed 1,500 km in one month, an additional charge of ¥10 per kilometer will apply. (This limit resets at the beginning of each month.)
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before pick-up will incur a charge of 50% of the rental fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up will be charged the full rental fee (100%).
